The National Cadet Corps is the Indian military cadet corps with its head Quarters
at New Delhi. The National Cadet Corps in India are a voluntary organization
which recruits cadets from high schools, colleges and Universities all over India.
The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades.
The NCC unit of St.Thomas College was launched in 2020.Within a short
period of time the unit has turned out as the best unit in 14 Kerala Battalion. The
cadets have taken part in all the national camps so far. This unit also provides
opportunities for cadets to participate in community service, and adventure
activities, fostering personal growth and contributing to national development.

Industry Visits: Organized visits to corporate offices, factories, and organizations allow students
to gain firsthand knowledge of operational processes and business environments.
OATH
I do hereby solemnly promise that I will serve my mother land most truly and
loyally and that, I will abide by the rules and regulations of the National Cadet
Corps. Further under the command and control of my commanding officer I will
participate in every camp most sincerely and wholeheartedly.
AIMS OF NCC
To develop qualities of character, courage, comradeship, discipline, leadership,
secular outlook, spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and the ideals of selfless
service among the youth to make them useful citizen.
